Who is VTX?

Active for more than 35 years, VTX is an historical actor in the telecommunication landscape with a leading position in the Swiss market.

Pioneer in VoIP and Internet for more than 12 years, the company offers a wide range of services for small and medium-sized companies and covers as well the needs of residential customers too: Internet access, telephony (fixed and mobile), TV, web hosting and Cloud.

To ensure its commitments to its customers, the VTX company is based in Lausanne and operates through a network of branch offices.

The group now has around 150 employees and manages a portfolio of more than 30,000 clients.

Regarding your invoices, you will receive in early August 2018 your first invoice from VTX Services SA for the month of July 2018.

How and when will I receive my VTX invoices ?

You will receive your first VTX invoice by post in August. It will cover the consumptions and/or subscription of the month of July.

What do I need to change to continue paying my invoices ?

Nothing! You can continue to pay your existing services as you did before. It is simple and easy.

On the other hand, to make your life easier, we suggest payment solutions by LSV and e-banking.

If you wish to complete a debit authorization, you can download it directly here. For e-banking or any other question, do not hesitate to contact your sales consultant.

How to proceed if I am interested in other VTX offers?
